This interactive story is about Richard. Well, what is there to say? Richard is a man who - unlike many others - wants to understand this world a bit more. This story is a heart-felt, pumped up story about a man on his own personal pilgrimage to seek inner peace, not without his own small conflicts along the way.

It's a nice concept, with a (very) clear message about finding traction in life.
In this single chapter I only had the option of getting to know one of the two friends. Though I did give it a second play through to get to know them both.
In my honest opinion I don't know where you can go with this, so I would just elaborate and expand on this chapter; having Richard be able to interact with other citizens of the city and displaying the same message through the dialogue.
Other than that there were some grammar issues, but, overall, I enjoyed your work!
I did identify grammar issues through my second proofing! And thank you for pointing it out, regardless. Also, thank you for your suggestions, and certainly sounds like a good idea! Maybe I will try to add some kind of exploration feature in the city?

The current state of this game isn't anything special, but I see a lot of potential; you certainly have an ability to write.
I liked this, very deep and well constructed.
Maybe offers other s a glimmer of hope, but it did speak to me.
I definitely hope you can write more and expand on this.
