Jamero a Jamaican superhero who rise to the challenge of ending injustice, in a crime invested area where he resides. He work as a unit dispatcher police officer as normal citizen with his police scanner hooked out for criminal reports and when he receives any he suits up and get ready for action.

This is an animation done in my own art style, if you all notice by now that my drawing style basically remains the same throughout all my submissions. Yes I know that the animation could have been smoother but I do not wish to divert from my art style. The language is Jamaican, therefore the way the characters speak may be confusing to cultures that do not know of how Jamaican communicate; thus a subtitle is provided.
Challenges: originally I wanted the animation to be cartoony and children friendly, in relation to giving information on solving conflicts and giving real life lessons. For instance the idea of giving information on the effects of smoking, the drinking of alcohol, the ugliness of violence, showing of respect to peers and individuals I authority and perhaps ancient but meaningful proverbs with core values. Unfortunately, I decided to give it a test run for a more mature audience and to see the responses and then if it goes well, maybe next summer I wil pick it up again and carry out what I have initially plan for it.
The other challenge was that I had to do everything myself, the only thing I did not do was speak for the female characters, (they were done using robot voices). There were times when my emotions were at play and at times I felt depressed and just did not feel like to work on it. This allowed me to take practically two months to do because I work, I stop, I discard, I re-used and most of the time I become frustrated. This was mainly because I could not decide if I should test it as an animation for children or for a mature audience.

the author clearly states that the language is Jamaican, perhaps Jamaicans would be better able to understand what is been said, i am not one but i understood most of it and what i did not the subtitles make up for it. The only problem i had was that more frames could have been utilized despite that fact that you mentioned that it is your drawing style. overall it is great. love the part with the stand of and bullet dodging and how the hero through the Jamaican boomerang thing and hit the gun out of the guys hand. i gues the downfall was the state of your emotion.

thank you

why people don't read the authors report before they comment, this deserve a good report, a bit choppy but for a one man show this is awesome. people obviously if this artist had voice actors he would have allow them to work on it. He had to to do every thing himself. The sad thing is that this is better than a lot of smoother looking animation that has a lot of people worked on. honestly this deserve a four star.

well, i'd say you have a plot not very well written but it is a start, may wanna find some voice actors or files to allow you to improve on the voices, though it wasn't bad, i will say the animtion was more than bit choppy but still gave it your all, good job.

thank you
