Most of the feedback on the last version of this game is implemented in this game. Still a lot of work to do, but I think it has improved drastically! Thank you for your feedback last time, if you have ideas, comments, reviews, please post them and maybe your idea will be featured in the full version.

this game is fun but there are some things that could be fixed :
the lap counter doesn't work,
only if you pass the red line on the car then it will be counted that your position went up or down,
the speedometer doesn't work and there isn't anyone's location there on the map

UltimoGames responds:

you can try version 3, that one is more finished! thanks for the feedback princessDiana08!

Completely awesome! The crashing system is awesome. I understand that most of the stuff aren't implemented, but they look polished and nice. Controls are a bit hard to be used to, but it isn't that bad.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what all of the other commenter's are raving about:

The track display and pointer do not work;
The speedometer and rev counter does not change;
You can go before the start beep with no infractions;
The position counter does not work;
The lap counter does not work;
And finally there is no screen upon death / winning (?), you simply have to restart the entire game.

All in all I have not played such a broken piece of crap in a very long time! I am very surprised this made the third daily pick.

it is a test version, so the things you pointed out are still to be implemented! I didnt even know it was in the daily pick :0

I like the menus and interface, both real professional and reminiscent of real games! The level design's great as well, with detail in vehicles as well as sceneries, but I can't say the controls are the most entrapping, it feels like turning is an unnaturally heavy process even in low speeds and light cars (considering these are Formula 1 cars), and you can start racing before that final 'gong' goes, without penalty. Otherwise the details, like tracks when you run onto dirt, or exploding, getting split in half etc, if you make a mistake are really nice additions, I don't think I've seen those in any other games. Would love to see more tracks, and for the driving to be a bit more fast-paced and fluent. Keep it going!

UltimoGames responds:

I will try and test tighter steering and faster accelleration/top speed to lose that heavy feel. I think you are right about that! I did put a lot of effort into the damage system, glad it pays of! Thanks for the review!

One of the best top-down racers I've seen in a long time. The music is high quality and catchy, the graphics are polished and the car handling is surprisingly realistic. I was expecting something like Super Sprint and was instead pleasantly rewarded with a good, challenging game. The realistic damage was an added bonus and the inclusion of some iconic F1 rides (the John Player Special and Senna's Marlboro F1 among others) is just icing on the cake. It needs a little more spit and polish--the in-game track map and HUD don't really work) The F1 nerd in me would love to see the Tyrell included (I saw the concept art you did and would be thrilled to see it in-game). The inclusion of more tracks would be great, maybe even some real-world Formula 1 courses like maybe Monza or Suzuka.

UltimoGames responds:

the Tyrell was extra work for the damage model system, so I had to scrap that car. But I will make it an unlockable car especially for you ;) Real tracks would be hard to pull off, my roads are all horizontally or vertically alligned. Also I need to keep the framerate and level size in mind. It is very nice that the game appeals to a F1 fan! thanks man!
