Smooth animation and good layouts. Don't be afraid push the poses and expressions, they could really bring your work to a new level.
Animation was great the audio was horrible, people gotta stop using game grumps audio it's lazy and unfunny, egoraptor had so much talent and he wasted it on that shit.
