Here's my entry for the Novice Round of NATA '14. This time with the theme of "Through the Eyes of a Stranger".
This time, my take on the theme was to work on creating an odd environment for a certain stranger... Oh well, maybe there's something else!!
This was a pretty experimental short in a few things; mostly in colors and sound. Half of the sounds were actually homemade (even my harmonica makes an appearance).
SO, I hope your ears enjoy hearing the waving spirals contained within this short.

I'm sad to say I didn't love this. It wasn't quite my thing. I could at least like the animation. It's quite unique. It's been too long since I've seen a frog. I like how this had a story. That always works.
It was fun to see all those silly frogs. It was interesting to have no comprehensible dialogue. I guess it was realistic that way. I'm glad it wasn't too long or short. It's a nice looking cartoon.
I like the characters!
I remember this one being pretty fun to make; I found the whole idea of bugs and small creatures to inhabit this microscopic world to be pretty open to try a lot of different characters.

I like this quiet, unhurried animation. From the playful line, soft colors and gentle sound effects, to the progression of events leading to their escape, this animation is consistent in tone throughout. The little piece of eye-cheese is a nice detail. This is a tiny gem of an animation, Antonio. Keep it up.
