I liked the the cuteness of this movie but I had no idea what it was about but I'll give it a 2.5 for the cuteness.
I feel bad for uploading this because there are so many talented artists with great work on here and then, there's me. But I'm just a beginner and I'm still experimenting with Animation and stuff so don't judge me!! :D
Also it was just a short clip meant to cheer up a friend of mine.

Everybody's got to start somewhere, dude! From here you should try adding some shading to give your objects a little more depth. Try adding a few more frames in during animation next time so moving objects flow more smoothly. Specifically, the eye movement and Mr. Snugglez appearing bits looked a little rigid. And colors! Nobody really hates colors! Those are just a few basics to pick up from this point. Good luck, friend!
Don't feel bad for uploading this, it was funny and everybody starts at the bottom. If you work really hard you can make really great things and you show a lot of potential
