You are playing as a pilot of bipedal drone (simply put as a drone) whom was sent to recapture stolen goods from outcasts in postapocaliptic environment.
*** Story so far:
13 years after the fall of our civilization. Humans have been divided into two major parts. Today exist only those who prey upon others and those who are being exploited by them.
The rich rebuilt cities which had prevailed into their fortresses soon after the collapse. These fortresses serves now as a sanctuary for those, who had money, power or both. It was the only chance to get a new promising life in orbit, where the most powerful people escaped and have been residing since the collapse. The situation on Earth is getting worse every day. The elites must deal with outcasts, who have been attacking from the ruins of our former civilization.
The wall in block G had been breached and outcast took very important gear, which you as a bi-pedal drone pilot of FZDF (Fort Zeus Defence Force) must acquire back...

Warning this is a prototype and have only one level please dont be dissapointed. But I assure you it wont be that easy, to beat the game. Another warning - the game is hard.

***Play instructions:
- Use arrows to move your drone
- press arrow up to jump, press arrow up in mid air to perform double jump
- press arrow down on certain non shadowed platforms to jump thru
- use your mouse to aim
- use left mouse button to shoot machine gun
- right mouse button for grenades
- press S for silence, press S again to restore sound

- collect ammo to get velocity upgrade, up to 3 levels aviable
- small ammo boxes gives less ammo but there is lot of em
- Big green boxes have plenty of ammo and 5 grenades
- pick up red boxes to restore your health
- be careful around red barrels and other explosives
- rocket can be shot down, grenades can not
- dont forget to use grenades
- try to destroy enemy covers or throw grenade in the right spot
- move a lot
- try to discover hidden areas, try to play vertically

-WASD controls for movement aviable, along with arrows
- Grenades are more usable now, exploding upon impact with soldiers and they explode faster
- Grenade explosions now destroy enemy covers, crates, damaged platforms
- Camera fix
- some fixes minor fixes
- rebalance of enemies and their projectile range
- physics fixes
- added small repair boxes
- Game is slightly easier
- Mute on M key

Since I got my hands on personal license of construct 2, I will upgrade, expand and polish the game. Stay tunned !

I don't know how such a great game got overlooked
good graphics and game feels all around
very hard - until you learn to advance slowly and carefully instead of just going in guns blazing, which is most people would rather do if they got their hands on a sweet ass gundroid like this one

Holy shit more please. Keep diving into code, learning how to implement multiple/alternate layouts, improving physics (should ammo boxes really bounce off of each other while you're trying to pick them up, for example?), and improving the camera (it should probably snap as far to the left or right as soon as you face your aim in that direction, otherwise you're limiting your attack vision by a lot firing while running away). I'm pretty blown away.

Thank you, Im glad you like it :) Im already working on these issues, it depends pretty much on "if I win construct2 licence" Some of the problems (Ammo boxes, weapons, camera) will be fixed as soon as the Scirra competiton ends!

Nice effort. Please keep working to expand the game! Absolutely love the graphics, especially the drone.

I wish putting in coins filled up a 0/4 credits meter and the game would automatically start when full to complete that arcade-like experience.

For adding in WASD controls. Try taking your events that read up/down/left/right input and add an OR block in each, then add an additional condition that reads the WASD version. Example "If player presses UP" OR "If player presses W".

Thank you, nice idea with the coins. And for the WASD Controls you are right! I just tested it and it works, thank you for the tip, I didnt thought about it. Im still more or less new to construct 2 and there is so much to learn. Anyway Im not sure if I can update the game yet, when it might be under scirra's judgement right now. As soon as the competition ends, I will update it. Hope it will be soon btw :D

some of us are on a laptop and not being able to use wasd is very inconvenient. quick fix, yes!!

Very good. But why on earth would you not put an option for people who prefer to use mouse with WASD?

Im really sorry guys I hear you and I understand you. I will make "change controls" feature with WASD default keys, it is just not possible yet, I dont have the full construct 2
