The music is enjoyable and t he gameplay itself is simple. Or so it seems.
The gameplay is okay. The jumping seems a bit unnecessarily difficult to see, as your character literally becomes invisible and you are left with the circle/shadow thing that identifies your location. Now, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, but that specific shade of gray is just too visually similar to the walkway that it could certainly be a cause for concern.
Speaking of cause for concern, what the actual fuck am I doing? Seriously, look at yourself playing the game. What is happening? I'm walking down a gray walkway while the Green Goblin threw up all over the floor beneath me as I go back in time? Or am I going back in time? The days go 30, 29, 28 but the month goes January, February, etc. What? I'm not saying every game needs to explain shit to me, that's bad. I'm saying can I know what the fuck is going on please? It's hard for me to gain interest in something if the thing I'm supposed to be interested in is confusing me.
Aside from nitpicking, the game itself isn't shabby. It's simple and easy to pick up after a while of playing, but the technical side of things is more tangled than my headphones after being stuck in my jeans pockets that got thrown in a washing machine that happens to be tumbling into the depths of space.
The character is also harder than Michael Jackson at a kid's birthday party when it comes to controls. The walkways are thin, the layout can get confusing, your character's pretty small and you have to use the arrow keys instead of WASD.
A little more polish, graphical design, a different camera angle, some explanation as to what the Jimi Hendrix is going on and you have yourself a game that's at least worth a couple minutes of your time.
Good luck in your future endeavors. You show promise, RedPloto.
