Animation quality like this didn't come to Newgrounds until the late 2000s, this was a decade ahead of its time almost, the only issue is the bad cartoon sound effects and lack of voice acting

A few months ago I posted a movie called SWAT Princess vs Talhasha. At the time I promised a second part. Here, now is that second part. It has two endings to choose from and a little easter egg featuring Miss Dynamite.
