Great game but some medals are not unlocking for me despite achieving them - any ideas?

The time_mission medal unlocked when I:
* played on chrome
* got a time below 55 on my first attempt
* refreshed immediately before trying
The medal did not work when I did none of these, so I can't exactly tell you which steps are necessary and which aren't. My best guess would be that one or both of the latter two is what mattered.

A good well rounded game. Animation was decent sounds weren't annoying which is always good.
A few pittfalls on this were:
-Money why was there a level full of the stuff if you don't need it. Upgrading once is carried over on all cars. If you have the money level why not individual car upgrades and a medal for doing them.
-Medals were awarded for completing the levels which is cool but you had potential for some medals based on completing other criteria eg. Time missions, upgrades, certain amount of money ect.
Finally the only mission you had to work for 'Time_Mission' doesn't work I got 52 sec whcih I'm stoked with and have no imaginary badge on honour to go with it.
