Very nice indeed! It's awfully brief, but you can see a lot of intense work was done.

For this project I had to develop a character, come up with a background, record the dialogue and animate to it the clip had to be 9-10 seconds. My character is named Winston Balentine, he’s a 9-11 year kid who takes the role as a detective in class. In this scene he is interrogating a dinner lady about the missing Jelly for desert.
I did this in two days as I lost my previous work which took two weeks! It's amazing what panic can do haha. This is my first character animation using Maya, having not touched Maya before Uni in Sept 2013 I'm quite proud of this.
Comments are welcome!

Not bad, not bad at all. I like where this is going.
Thank you!
That was very short and an excellent character animation I hope you make more animations.
Thanks for the kind words :) I failed to mention the University assignment is a 9-10 second clip. :)
The body language is fantastic. I think you met all the requirements for your assignment. While it wasn't the focus of this short, Winston's face seemed to lack emotion, compared to the tone of his voice. The lamp moving and object falling when he banged on the table were nice touhes.
Thanks for your kind words, it means a lot. I do agree with you there regarding the facial expressions, especially towards the end of the clip. This is the first character animation I've done, so I'm always looking for comments! Will try and push more expression next time.
