Wow, the graphics, music and sound effects are beautiful. Everything looks and sounds beautifully atmospheric and pleasant, truly mesmerizing. The developers did a great job with this game's presentation, so much so that it actually looks like it could be a commercial game.
As for the gameplay, it's a pretty feature-rich physics puzzle combined with a platformer, and that's not bad at all. You basically move the hero around the stage, gather some objects to open new paths (by destroying obstacles, grappling to far-to-reach places, pressing buttons, etc) and reach your cute girl, simple enough, and pretty nice too, especially when coupled with the game's adorable atmosphere. I also like how many stages are designed in clever ways, with a given set of objects close to the player, that he then needs to figure out how to use in order to be successful.
The only problem is that the physics aspect of the game provides an annoying amount of trial and error in many stages (like trying a thousand times to shoot a gum in the right place), which makes them pretty frustrating and take away from the fun of the game, especially when having to redo a stage for the tenth time or so.
The story is a sappy but cute love story, and it's really heart warming too. Not much to say about it, it's pretty simple, never surprising, but always pretty adorable.
