You the forget the basic of car and road input feel and feedback. I don't have any feel back from road, no feeling of input of the in these different ways car transmission, suspension, tire grip, edge of traction feeding, Limited slip different, angle slip is messing.

Also there other cars can push so easier too is unfair solving match too!

Also even need for speed game with arcade driving mode give road to car feel back!

Also this is case for Country ride two as will!

Step you racing car feel back physics next time!

a good game

I would have gave a full score if there was more cars, the fact that you changed the body paint on a mustang doesn't make it a different car

Graphics and basic gameplay are good. Some of the buildings are amazing to look at. Maps are flat, but offer some decent corners at times. NPCs are too easy through hard mode.

The idea of a country ride makes me think more of games like MotorStorm, sadly nothing even close to a dirt track or verticals/ramps here.

Maps with water give a hit on frames per sec. I suggest adding more buildings around corners and reduce view distance.

The physics realism in this is really good for a flash game... Lift off the throttle, the nose tucks in. Tap the brakes and the nose tucks in more. Slam the brakes while turning into a corner, you're in the outside wall (why are there walls in the middle of nowhere, out in the countryside???) More-or-less like a real car.

I think a more elegant solution is needed to define course boundaries, though. Walls don't really make sense on most of the tracks (the exception being the tracks where the road is bordering water or something); I'd put in a lower-grip shoulder-section of the road that is permissible, but not not ideal to drive on, and if this section was overstepped, there would just be a cut-scene of your car careening off into a tree or something. Lol. It also doesn't make sense to me that the tracks look like impromptu circuits on public roads. Except for maybe parts of Circuit de la Sarthe, that hasn't been done since like the '60s. Maybe that's why you chose a 1960s car as the specified vehicle (actually, scratch that, it looks an awful lot like "Eleanor", which was built for the remake of "Gone in Sixty Seconds" in the late '90s or 2000...) There are also warning signs for sharp curves where there are none and vice versa. I suspect that this is because the last three tracks are just the first three run in reverse, though...

The AI cars are a bit "special". They veer all over the road and slam into walls and are easy to beat, even on hard mode. I accidentally knocked one into the wall once, and it took /a lap/ for it to right itself...

There is a glitch that happens where two AI cars pulled me into a 3-car pile-up and further laps didn't register as completed, and my position dropped to 4th.

Oh, and you really need to put into the author comments that you can go full-screen (as whats-his-name below me mentioned).

Excellent work!

-For anybody having clipped content, just right click and go fullscreen!
-Bug: when playing the night levels the road "railings" or sides regularly flickered as is not knowing to show dark or illuminated.
-It does get a little repetitive and it's really easy, at least in NORMAL mode.

other that that, great game!
