Epc game but its not the type I personally like but great game :)

A good first attempt better than some,and I know i couldn't have done it at this current time. The game overall is a good platformer simple premise,and an overall simple mechanics system. However I found it very frustrating that every hit took you back to the beginning of that section a heart system or check points might make it easier for some people to get past more then a few screens without rage quitting,but if your going for a classic Mario vibe I can understand that as well. Other then that I found the lack of any story at all a bit annoying and the fire/spike traps didn't seem to match the rest of the style of the game still however it is an adequate base line for flash keep it up and i'm sure you'll be amazing in no time ^u^.

the platform section of the game seems solid other then the controls the controls are to unreliable espically when you get to the part with the floating boats and having to jump over the bats and the skulls I've spent the last half hour trying to get past it and cant because your game doesn't recognize jump with forward for the reaction speed needed to get thru most of the game see if you can fix this issue and i'll be back to play it again otherwise good try needs more back story only words seen in the game so far are "you have gained the air jump push jump twice to jump in midair"

when you go up for the first time. you can glitch straight up to next part :)

Overall GOOD for a starter game if your just starting out. But I"M confused! There is no story with it. (Like text dialog or anything IN Game to help with the story. <----- I might be wrong there because on my personal taste (I'm not rating on my personal taste either) But I did not get past the first 3 fireballs because I really did not like platform games) (Again I am not rating on that) I'd say if your gonna put fireballs At-least put something shooting it or something like that. But When I entered the game all I knew that I was in someone's nightmare. And that person name was "Violet". So I would suggest adding a back story or something to at-least spice it up! Please I need me some peppers in here, but really we need a good back story and on to my next part. The graphics -_- I will understand if this is your first game that you made. But the running animations (Good god) It just mesmerizes me. Not in the good way either. I mean I almost got distracted on that. But yea I would over suggest giving this game a graphics overhaul and a back-story. And I would live to see some fighting if possible in any way shape or form.
