The Triad Trial (TTT) is a platform game in which you must control three mythological birds trying to regain their ability to fly. In it, you control 3 screens/characters simultaneously, but only certain elements are visible in each screen.

You can merge them together into a mighty totem to see the whole picture, but then they become unable to move. Make your way to the top and make sure to grab all the feathers on the way!

This game was made in 48 hours during 2014's edition of the Global Game Jam.

Interesting. A game about birds that isn't Flappy Bird.

The style is fairly unique. Though it annoys the crap out of me that I can't do anything about the enemies, and I don't really like this game, I'm still giving it an honest review.

The art style is strange, but really works. White characters against colored backgrounds helps them to stand out at all times.

I honestly really enjoyed the music. There should be an OST or download link of it somewhere.

I really hate that you have to race against time to get to a specific height, and at the same time, collect 5 feathers. Especially when the snakes knock you back. You should give a way to kill them. stun them, whatever, or give players temporary invincibility and remove the knock back.

If there must be a time limit, at least tell us why they die/lose when the timer runs out. Yes, I know both Sonic and Mario both used to do the same thing, but I hated it then, and I still hate it now. I hate having time limits.

Overall, very interesting, and quite the unique platformer spin.

I LOVE the visual design and the idea but the controls and main goal needs work. If you improved those, this could be a 5 star game i sincerely believe.

This is an alright game. First off, the menu should also have the option of being navigated by the mouse; it took me a few seconds to realize that in order to select, I needed to use the directional arrows and the enter button (with the enter button not having any other practical use). But once I began to play, I got to the meat and bones. For starters, the gameplay itself is simple -- not too easy and not too hard -- and it contains a decent amount of fun; the concept of using these three different birds to collect, traverse, and attack in the same level is cool. However, the levels could be a bit more intuitive. Secondly, the music is great to listen to, as it exhibits an adventurous feeling. Thirdly, the graphics are cool to look at, despite the reliance on primary colours, and they give off tribal flare.

Good work.
