Escaping Memory

A pretty short escape the room game I made as my first try at using Flash. It may not be the greatest thing ever, but it's still my first full game!

I'm sure there are plenty of small bugs (feel free to tell me about it them).

Note: To actually understand the difference between the endings, you will need sound.

To play: click things, solve puzzles, escape room.

I really liked the "late mother" comment. That alone explained everything about the story. Very nice move.

skimmed the last message and saw coma or something so i went with azul- great game

If this is your first game, color me impressed!
this was a good game, fairly easy, but had its challenging points.
like the photos, you dont normally think of something being involved in two clues.
on top of that, the story is rather profound, definitely inspires deep thoughts.

I liked it a lot, not to hard and with good ambiance.

Possible bug: Being a brute I tried to force open the "switch-puzzle". It got stuck and kept clicking anoyingly, even after I got out the other way and pressed restart in the menu.

The endings both look the same unless you assume one is the bad ending. It's weird that the 'good' ending is easier to achieve. I didn't even notice there were two different women the first time. The puzzles were rather interesting, though. Having two different exits is pretty cool for an escape game.
