The 3 things you should NOT do this Christmas.
An ok animation. The work was put into it, but it wasn't very funny, and since that seems to be what you were going for, you didn't succeed on your main purpose. As far as the quality goes, the sound was good for the most part, though the volume on the different voice tracks needs to be balanced better. I could hear the "announcer" voice very loudly on what not to do, but the other vocals were very quiet by comparison. The animation itself was also good. Only downsides were it progressed a bit slow and wasn't really funny.
I can honestly say That's fair. Audio can more then likely be the reason you were unhappy with my work. I was struggling with the audio on rule 3 (I recorded both on the same track but with different volume settings since one of the characters was meant to be far away and the others voice was to high a pitch.) But it really was a mistake since I couldn't change the volume on the announcers voice separately after recording them that way. time constraints aside I couldn't go back to re-render that part of the animation. so it was left in. thank you for your feedback, I admit I do try much harder on my animating then I do on my voice work but overall I really should have better equipment for voice work. sorry if that's not a good enough explanation :(
The animation was trying to tone it down from what I usually do. its supposed to be more jolly then anything. a warm feeling with maybe a chuckle here and there. so once again the feedback is appreciated. hope I hear more from you in the future :D
