Try to travel out of the city and reach the safe zone. Manage your supplies, avoid danger and survive bandits. This is a kind of sequel to Where the Red Rose Blooms.

I don't know what to say about people not getting their medals, the medals unlock just fine for me. Try refreshing in case you have an old version queued in your browser. The current version is 1.07, look in the lower left corner when the game starts.

I liked this it has some nice detail allthough wouldnt mind more polish and even more areas etc, There are some nice medals on this but seems to run thin and could use more features more areas just some added fun and entertaining points but anyways nice game here

Not that hard, just extremely tedious. Water is nearly impossible to find outside events when travelling, ammo is useless, and only medkits matter.
The strategy is to spam search weapon/ armor early on until at least 5 while searching for medkits whenever you run out of energy to spam rest using health instead of food. Water is impossible to find and is more useful for workouts rather than resting. Spam workout as much as possible when you get water for a hp and maybe a melee increase if you're lucky. Once you're good you can spam travel since only 10 or so enemies appear in total. 5 at the beginning and 5 at the end. game is basically done at this point. felt like replaying it since I played this when I was younger.
stupidly hard since water is hard to get, and medikits are hard to find , and all zombies are tough as balls.
There should be an option to search for water, but that's it! Love the game.
"999 food but not a drop of water" was on a note i found next to a corpse in a warehouse with a near unlimited stock of canned goods.
