one and a half star is just for the music, that is cool. The game sucks

Needs more to it. Right now it's just an alright game, when it could be a really fun one. The character needs to move and shoot faster in my opinion. Add variation in enemies (spawning them in formations would be nice too), and power-ups for variety. Also, add a full leaderboard system, instead of just displaying the score. It's really easy to integrate one into your game (especially here on Newgrounds), and it makes the game feel more competitive. Few people will play again to tweet their high score, but a lot will play to see where they rank and try to improve on it. I also had some issues with the collision detection, but it's not a really pressing matter since it was only on near-misses.

The good thing though, is that you do have a nice base for a game here. Decent graphics, good music and sound effects, and it's playable as-is, it could just use some improvements.

What the dawg is this?

Way too buggy, I kept blipping in and out of the screen and sometimes I would shoot a missile, sometimes the mice would just explode by themselves. Nothing there to keep me playing either, just more of the same on and on until I got bored.
