“What you are now we used to be; what we are now you will be...”

What happened to Lee in 2011's "Outpost:Haven" was only half the story. In comparison, Lee was the lucky one.

Spread over ten levels we go back and forth in time with both Lee and Jameson on Haven and the planet below to discover its secrets in this survival horror game.
Swarm mode makes a welcome return, with a greater depth of gameplay.
This time let's even the odds, with more weapons and multiple armor combinations the battle is truly on.

Please note, the specular lighting option requires a powerful machine. The game runs in low quality by default and is the recommended setting.

Chrome users, there's a bug if you quit out of fullscreen. Sorry it's out of our hands, so keep that in mind if you need to quit out ( The game saves often so not all is lost if it happens, but it's still annoying I know ).

Thanks to everyone whose taken the time to play / vote / review the game, you're the best.

Turn the lights off, the volume up, hit full screen and shoot some aliens.

As I played past versions of Outpost Haven I never expected it to be so tense in certain levels. The secret was as you say... a message from the Owl men also with text playing on and on... It actually can grow to paranoia. It has a highscore ;) mine is 10.250. The best weapon is still unchanged plasma rifle as always... just grab some Fmg +dmg and some more +fire rate in exchange for laser and you are good to go that gun makes the game too easy though it took me about 2-3 hours and I'm excited to say... This is actually high nerve, psychological gameplay that actually tries to control your thoughts and to make mistakes... Man this was something special I'd say.

Squize responds:

Thanks, so glad you enjoyed it. We balanced the game so it was slightly easier than harder, as we want people to play through it all.

Addictive game, cool ending. My SMG ended up being better than the Vulcan :/

Squize responds:

Yeah the SMG was really under powered in the first two games, so I gave it a bit of love this time. Looking at the stats the Vulcan is still more powerful as it spits out a ton of bullets, but then you have the downside of the rev up time to try and counter balance that.

very nice! i really like the simultaneous stories. we get the best of both worlds, literally. the whole thing is really awesome. my biggest complaint from the last one was how slow you moved, so im stoked to be moving faster, but just enough to keep the feel of the first. kudos!

Squize responds:

Thanks mate :)

Amazingly fun but I think there is a glitch in the Swarm missions. I bought some ammo for the flamethrower, then when I went back to the shop to buy some more it was already filled. I could just go to the shop and leave and have ammo.
It would also be a good idea to note that you can only have one turret, I wasted 13000 on a second then found out I couldn't do anything with it.

Squize responds:

Thanks for pointing those bugs out, we'll look into it ( You shouldn't be able to buy more than one sentry gun, so I'm not sure what happened there ).
