Okay, I really hated to do this, But I decided to remake the first scene I did in my previous remake. After seeing rukaisho's sprite animation practice. I felt dissatisfied with my previous episode remake I did back in January 2013, so I decided to redo it over. But consider some hard things I had to encounter.

1. 3D Animation - Seriously, I had a hard time with the 3D animation, I thought it would work itself but because it is textured, I had to rethink with the sprite animation to make it look 3D, but this isn't easy. How does Mr. Lange do it!

2. Metallix sprite - Don't blame me for its poor quality, I only found it by DELGATRON and the sprite quality is poor. If there is anyone who had a better quality sprite for Metallix, give it to me on NOTE or other ways. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother redoing it.

And finally, here I had some changes which had to be done in this animation.

Since SMBZ had teen quality violence and no curses. I felt like, it should be the same quality like those which happened in some anime I watched, even in Japanese. So here are some added things.

Uncensored Violence - If DBZ and DBZ KAI had blood added with some violent scenes without that Nickelodeon censored crap, it would have been so much better.

Use of explicit words - I would like to have that sort of words to emphasise the situation and crisis in the series, like Hell or others words, I won't use way overboard words which could backfire. So there you are.

Bit longer - Depending on the length, the fights may be slow-paced while rukaisho's are fast paced. Maybe, so who knows.

Change of Music - Obviously, since his original music was used in his previous episodes, I decided to use some newer aged music or maybe some remixed music of the original. For this particular animation, I decided to use two particular music for the remastered edit. And the soundtrack is listed below.

Remastered SFX - If it wasn't for xxkaijuking91xx, I wouldn't have gotten it necessary to give that feel of the remastered editing. Even though I may do a bad job with the sound editing, I tried my best to make it feel like it is new and improved. So here you are, a remastered version of SMBZ.

That's just about all I can describe about this animation, so here you are! Enjoy...

I like it, I was really saddened the day I saw that friggin post from Alvin, Saying he is done with SMBZ. (I know it has been a while, lawl) But then read to see that he is not giving out the 'right' or w.e to continuing a FANmade series. I thought it was quite silly xD No one has rights over Nintendo/Sega/Funimation/Etc cept the companies them selves.
I can see why ppl would want others to not copy or do someone else's story, But this is in a sense, a fanmade version of a fanmade show~ So I do not see ANYTHING wrong with that. And def if you are adding some of your own touches here and there. Not sure how late I am on the latest info about the SMBZ/Kai series, but I am a check it out myself now~ IF you are continuing this series, Good luck!

Pretty good, the difference in animation quality is very noticeable. I also like that you went with a different Metal Sonic sprite, to further drive in that this is a reboot, not a copy. However, I feel that we didn't need to actually see the Goomba get blasted; the previous version of implying it worked much better. Subtlety can have a stronger impact than putting it all on display for us, at least for plot elements. I am looking forward to seeing this animation style applied to the fight scenes; if you're still interested in continuing the series.

No. No. No. No. I don't understand why you want to copy everything AE does. Do you hope he'll pass the series torch onto you? He's already made it clear that he isn't going to do that. And simply proving that you can sort of mimic his animations isn't going to change that. His concern was not just about animation quality but story quality as well. And don't think you have what it takes to write a good story. If you really want to take over the series, then just pick up where he left off and make your version from there. If it's good, then people will like it, and maybe you could prove something to Alvin. Personally, I think you should just make up your own non-SMBZ story.

As far as the animation, the part where the goomba walks in front of the emerald is poorly done. To give it a more "3D" effect, the goomba should get smaller and move up a little when walking behind the emerald and get bigger and move down a little when walking in front of it.

Krazzygamer3y2 responds:

It's not a copy, it is a done, remastered version of SMBZ... you don't see that, I do... why not compare it with Alvin's original file... like I said, Don't like it, I don't care...

This isn't trying to prove anything, it is just something I like to do... just make it look better... in case for a future series... but that's not happening anytime soon since I was making entertainment for my other account, Sybredrive.

Cool bro. But are you still doing SMBZ KAI even when Mark is to remake SMBZ?

Krazzygamer3y2 responds:

Maybe I will... Maybe I won't... considering I've mostly been doing Pony animations nowdays...
