this game could of done with more work; giving the player things to spend the money on, the game play felt jolting and not fast-paced, more work on the art of the game. However, it shows that you have good ideas and concepts for games, develop this more and it could be a hit :)

You've planted the seed that can lead to your wealth. As it grows, nourish it by squashing bugs and giving it fertilizer, while collecting the tasty bits its grown.
A brief indie game where quick decisions will keep a tree growing longer, free of birds and other pests, and allow a good harvest of tubers and berries.
--Edit-- Thanks for all the comments and feedback! I did the art, but the music was by DST, who has plenty of tracks for free use online.
I hadn't noticed until testing on another computer that the window wasn't lining-up on Newgrounds. I'll try to get that fixed asap.
Flow/intuition: I can definitely appreciate that these don't feel polished enough. I will toy with them and see how much I can smooth them.
Cash: This is somewhat of a v1. It was intended to be very simple, with quick rounds and nothing more than competing against your own high scores. I *do* intend to have a sequel where you will use your goods and gold to build up orchards/stores/etc. and, possibly, integrate multiplayer.
This also didn't quite fit into the screen window.
This was more artistic than anything. I didn't find it "challenging" as a game.
The graphics are messy and the screen doesn't fit in its frame. Technically there are definitely some issues and it's not very intuitive. I'm not sure if it's just my computer, but the game froze up very quickly, before it could even begin. The concept seems good, perhaps it just needs a little refining.
This is a pretty bad game, but the art is very nice. So is the music.
