I have currently obtained a 3DS with monster hunter and pokemon Y. This represents my current mind and has made my day. Kudos.
*My first viewing of your works*
The original drawings are simple, easy to follow and absorb- Always a good thing, because when you bring sprites and actual game backgrounds (or just other art styles entirely), it can be off-putting and hard to identify what is what and who is where.
I haven't ever had the chance to play Monster Hunter as of yet, so the references (albeit besides Pokemon) are lost on me, but the multiplayer element shines here, and the dialogue is fine; No ridicilous internet/emoticon jargon, but actual banter and conversation!
Crossovers are always fun too- they do have a lot of potential, so don't waste it!
P.S - Do not take the low rating to heart, I judge things fairly I don't throw perfect fives for nothing!
thanks for the critic!
the entire animation was more focus for the fans of the 2 established franchise, so it will be hard for people to apperciate it who are not familiar with those games.
anyway yeah, my monster hunter series is pretty much targeted towards people who know and play the game. so thanks for a review from a non-fan perspective.
Animations are simple but good enough. Got the Pokemon feeling but couldn't enjoy the movie. No jokes ore interesting things happend.
When I saw this on the cover page I said to myself "...what is this -__-" because it did not look like any normal monster hunter to me. Loved it :P the animation was awesome, the battle was awesome and pretty much how a hunt goes, and loved how you made fun of the new weapon pokemon, great job!!!
Sad part of all this, there are people..always someone "so how do i use this" but its always right in the middle of a round -.- Too true tho ^.^
