Well, the game itself is ok - nothing really new but ok. BUT: It has nothing to to with the word "Manager"!

Play with the mouse (on-screen buttons) or keyboard.
Press Up or W to go forward.
Press Down or S to go backward.
Press SPACE to change the switch on the railway in front of you.
Your aim is to collect all cargo and then when the barrier is open continue to the next level.
Avoid enemy trains and airplanes.
