With the exception of two other episodes, Toons These Days will be dual series, featuring Doggy's trademark ranting, and a more analytical kinder review by Conroy Cat.

The quality of these animations is on a rapid decline. The synchronization between the characters speaking and mouth movement is completely off like a badly dubbed karate movie. The jokes themselves were completely bland and forgetful and these videos are too short

*imitates Doggy's voice:

Change is inevitable. Sometimes things change for the better. And sometimes things change for the worse. This is an example of the latter of these. I don't know what happened to Toons These Days, but it's reaching a point where soon Doggy will be able to rant about his OWN SHOW.

For starters, there's Doggy himself. His voice is still lacking in conveying convincing amounts of anger and spite when he gave his review, and something happened to his vocabulary, because he couldn't find any words to describe people aside from "idiot" and "stupid". It's like in the off-season he was forced to watch too much FLCL or something and half his brain shut off.

Second, I had to have the volume on high to listen to Doggy's whisper-rant and was subsequently DEAFENED by Conroy's pro-count talk. Seriously, did you take two segments and just merge them together without a sound check or something?

Next up is the animation. I don't know why you continued the animation style of the previous episode when so many people hated it. It looks like you gave in to the desire to put the show out more often and sacrificed on time spent making the animation a work of high quality. Compared to the last season it's a total let-down. It's like watching a conversation in an old English-dubbed Godzilla movie for crying out loud. I can understand this in some animations, where the character movements are the main draw to the show, but the draw to Toons These Days is the sarcasm-laden ranting! The last few episode Doggy hasn't even moved around on screen, he's just sat there the entire time. For an animation like this, mouth and eye movements are critical components that these past few episodes just lacked,

Lastly, we have the Conroy segment. Conroy was okay doing his cameos in the last season, but we came to watch and love Toons These Days for the sickened, dismayed tone and shattered hopes stylings of Doggy. With the addition of the Conroy segment, it's like you guys caved in to pressure form people that liked the animations you reviewed and complained, so you threw in this bit to make 'em happy, sadly detracting from the crotchety old dog feeling of the show.

There's ways to save the show and bring it back to its former hate-the-world-except-for-polar-bears-and-doggy-relatives-that-owe-him-money glory, but if the progress we've seen since the last episode is any indication, Our hopes will continue to plunge with the animation, voicing and sound balance.
