I might as well write this here than respond every single review. This game is not finished! I consider current versio number of this game 0.3. I do not plan to leave game to this state. Therefore I will keep updating until I can call this game versio 1.0. I will release first update before or during weekend.

This game is very unpolished and unbalanced due to rushing it to meet the deadline.
About this game:
Madness: Haphazard is side-scrolling action game with randomized levels (by randomized I mean the game uses pre-prepared rooms and arrenges them randomily).
Sometimes end results can be very random!(d'oh)
There are upgrades that power up the player.
Goal is simple: Fight through enemies to the boss. Use elevators to proceed to next level
Game was inspired by The Binding of Isaac game by Edmund.
Controls can be changed from menu->settings
Enjoy.

I'm working on a update to fix bugs and adding links to madness collections. As for medals... sorry they aren't on very high piority right now.
Best combo is flamethrower and axe try it out

I really like the game here a good shooter based and fuesed in with some madness you have a decent game and there is a lot of variety of n this game too makes for some fun and good action really a fun shooter here but anyways nice game

Madness: Haphazard is a run and gun flash. Graphics are your average Madness Day stuff. Gameplay can be fun, but too easy. Offering different difficulty settings would up the replay factor.
