Such a cute game. I may try playing this with my little autistic cousin (He seems to respond well with games like this)

Developed over the last 8 years, "Eric's Sight Words" is a game that makes you think about words in a whole new way. Provocative and simple at the same time. "Eric's Sight Words" is an existential journey that will feed your soul and make you never again take for granted words like "the" and "play."
It can also help young kids learn to read.
I'm rating this 2.5 stars because it made me laugh several times, and I believe that a game that helps young kids learn how to read is the perfect device to have around Newgrounds.
(I hope this doesn't fall under "smug jokes".)

I'm so glad you "get it!" We had Newgrounds in mind when developing this game. We knew that the level of sophistication Newgrounds users have would be a perfect fit for a nirvana-inducing game such as "Eric's Sight Words"
its alright for kids but its probably not a good idea to submit a game for kids on newgrounds, a place where violent and sometime offensive cartoons and such on the site. i dont understand why this wouldd take 8 years to make. it looks rather simple to make compared to most games here but you have put alot of work into this so im gonna be fair

Thanks for the reply! Most of the work went into adding the secret character, Emma. She's hidden in an easter egg in the game. Also, we spent a lot of time and money on voice overs and the composition and recording of the epic end game music.
