Tempted To Say
So this video is me practicing frame-by-frame. After submitting my VERY FIRST animation EVER on Newgrounds; a lot of great comments and suggestions were made.
I went ahead and listened to all of those! (dah! Otherwise, what's the point of you all saying stuff?)
So my second animation was focused on backgrounds; and I think that went pretty well.
This next animation, my 3rd, is all about FRAME-BY-FRAME!
There is only ONE tween in this; and it's when the moon moves to the corner top left. The rest is all frame after frame drawings to practice, practice, practice! :)
Again; not submitting to prove anything - just wanting to show you all my what I'm practicing, and maybe get even more suggestions and tips along the way! :D

I think you did a great job. I don't know what you mean by "tween" and I am unable to discern the meaning from any differences that section in the animation may have with the rest, but it all looks fantastic. I like all the swirlies. :)
