a medical simulation/timing mini game. decked out with a score ranking system, large array of dialogue responses and irritating sound effects.

Addictive, but the sound effects become grating after a while. I love the commentary from the doctor you get after each patient.
Fun, yet repetitive.
Very fun, but maybe add some challenges?
It is fun, but after a while, you just go "screw it" and begin to kill the poor guy.
