This is a very Humble tribute to Neptune Circles Kermit Kombat (the original). I made it when I was just a youngin and didn't know a darn thing about flash, but the creator (Rocky) said it is his favorite tribute so far.,

First of all with a parody you don't need permision, legally. Second of all, Rocky Pinnacle, the guy who made the movie gave me full permision and says its the best tribute yet.
