In the middle of the desert, there is no water for miles in all directions, except for a fortress oasis named Green Acres. The owner of this gated plot of land will stop at nothing to protect his water supply, and he has an arsenal of weapons to do it. It's going to take one very lucky tortoise to slip past his defenses.

Frontpaged! Awesome, thanks Newgrounds!

Rated 4.5 / 5 stars

Well done, this was a refreshing watch from the usual animation styles here on NG.
The story, although slower paced (;D), was entertaining enough to draw the viewer to the next scene, wondering what would transpire next.
The characters were portrayed really well even though there isn't any dialogue, which I found more endearing anyhow.
Anyway, great job, this is something to be proud of.
Keep up the good work!

At first, 6 minutes seemed like a burden to get through, but it goes by quickly and I lost track of time while watching it. Simple story with a nice twist based on character action, well written. Thanks for sharing your project.

Very nice animation and character design! But I still feel compelled to add my useless two cents, pointing out that it's really not hard for the dude to climb over his fence and get to the water.

Courageousturnip responds:

He could probably get out, but I don't know about climbing. I put a crap-ton of barbed wire around there.
