EDIT: Woah, I was not expecting people to see this here on Newgrounds, let alone get on the first page. If I knew more people were going to see this I would've expanded on it more! This was more of an exercise than a story. And I promise the next thing I do will be less of a looped animation.

Actually, Eric Wolpaw has stated that Chell is probably capable of speaking, but refuses to do so in order to avoid giving GLaDOS the satisfaction of a response.
Not very good. I've seen this joke played out too much for it to be funny. Plus, it wasn't really that funny in the first place.
