This is Newgrounds, the very premise of the site is to judge and rate people's works. If you never like negative feedback you should not post anywhere because people will inevitably give some because we are not all brown nosers.
That being said a 1/2 second of animation is hardly anything to go by. Going by that it gets negative feed back because it has no text or audio and its visual adequate in length to give a rating for.
If you say you can do better, do better. That was so short I didn't have the time to press pause when recognising that it wasn't flash animation.
