Luna comes over ponyville even though she only comes shen its night time but I think its fine, Derpy see's Luna but she's freaked out due to how Horrifying she was at the Halloween Episosode, The ponies that see her aren't freaked out because they know Luna is actually a Nice princess (Until season 4 I believe)
