This is my first ever flash animation, and I am improving every day. I understand it isnt the best, but I have put in some work to attempt a semi decent animation. Please comment how I could improve, thanks.

Good start... not a lot of people do really amazing work instantly. Just practice a little bit and you'll be better. I like the original concept and I can see this series becoming better and better with each episode you make. 3.5/5 stars because I see much potential.
Thank you for the feedback, and yeah I am now animation using 24 frames per second, in this i was using 12.
