I like the picture chosen! LOL!
I think the only redeeming factor in this game is the picture you chose, Scooby looks ridiculous, I'm thinking he just smoked one of Shaggy's blunts.
If you are serious about making flash games and learning more about coding in flash then spend more time on them before they get published. A mute button would be great, but adding a playlist of songs would be better. I don't think 100% of your players are going to like the same song. Scoring seemed to be based on placement accuracy but if you just made the scoring based on "time to build" and made it so the pieces clicked into place it would feel smoother.
