The plot's a little unclear, at least as far as I read through it. The 'Stinger' guy had some deal with some group, where he'd bring saps like the player to the facility to get eaten by the fly-men...but who'd make that deal? I mean, how'd he not think this was weird, 'bring your friends to the creepy abandoned lab for us, we promise it's legit'

So clearly when he got tired of that, the flies killed him but...who was pulling those strings? Were the bugs themselves intelligent enough to swipe someone's phone and pretend to be actual people?

...'Solving food shortages', with fruit flies...I know they're common lab animals, and they're probably just testing the tech, though why choose a fly? I mean, rats are also lab animals, you'd figure that those would be more feasible if you're going to use it for food later.

Oh, well. Great, and I want to see what happens next really bad.

Fun game, but I have to question why the PC does not try to activate the switch that detonates every B-Movie fly-man seeing as the destruction that would result is if they got out is obvious, especially since they would likely find and kill him (or her). before he ever got to civilisation.

I also wonder why the fuck those scientists created thousands of the fucking things, was one extremely hard to kill, uncontrollable monstrosity not enough? I mean with such technology you could likely deal with every last disease that threatens the human race, or colonise Mars. There is no use for these creatures, no point to their existence, no reason to make more than one at a time at most. That research is controversial, but it's also pointless and stupid. If I were in charge I would not let more than one exist monster out of a B-movie exist at any given time so that if it was to get out it would not cause the fucking apocalypse.

3.5 stars for good graphics (for one person at least), entertaining puzzles and atmosphere, but questionable at times writing.

They didn't create thousands of the things, several escaped during the experiments and killed people and laid eggs etc. The place was later condemned and the situation brushed under the carpet. At that point the creatures that survived and had hidden within the derelict facility bred and mutated over the years to become what you meet in the game - B-Movie fly-man ;-)

When I played this game, I found this story to be quite intriguing, but the one part that I didn't like was the underwater part as I kept drowning in that. Also, I do wish that a sequel to this would be made because honestly, I'd like to see what happened after a lot of giant bugs escaped from the facility.
