A game of trading, mining and combat in space. Mine asteroids, complete missions and destroy pirates and enemy vessels. Upgrade every aspect of your ship, from lasers to engines, hydroponics to fuel supplies. Trade resources, mine gas from gas giants, then raid enemy supply lines to destroy their fleet strength, so that you can beat them to the ultimate prize - the system of Korelos.

ok so couple major issues. first off the game freezes completely if you stop moving your ship. secondly it again completely freezes whenever enemies attack. it has nice graphics but i litteraly cant get 3 minutes into it without it completely freezing. no not a lag issue it doesnt lag at all just is running one second then the next second completely stops. if this is a browser related issue then shame on you for not making it work with internet explorer like 99% of the other browser based games out there do. if its not a browser related issue then this is just a bug report for a litteraly game breaking bug.

EXCELLENT GAME! If you looking for an easy game this in not it. I played it over and over. When its out of demo mode I will do it all over again. I made an account with Newgrounds for this game and to say... Awesome job on this game and keep up the great work!

I'm looking VERY forward to the full version of Korelos!

Really? That's a bug and not supposed to happen. Thought I'd fixed it, but thanks for letting me know, I'll look into it :)

Took some getting used to. Play a few times with no intention of doing anything but reading, dying, and starting over. Once know what you're doing, it's fairly straight foreward, though can be tough to balence everything.

Gives the strong impression this is a demo version. Several items you can't fully upgrade (note, brand new items of the same type can upgrade to 10), and it seems no matter how much damage you take, your shields never run out. Which is nice, since you can't upgrade your protectives much.

Once got a hold of things, was basically a grind mission. Build up, blast down, build up more. Eventually win. Which gave a little 'Victory' some stats, and the start screen. Big let down.

The graphics are crude, but fine for this sort of game. Control is decent, but not great. Foes are super fast. Expect to miss a lot. Sound is minimal; a solid set of music behind it would have been nice, but the sound effects themselves worked.

In all, still feels like a demo. A demo for a game with a lot of promise, but isn't there quite yet.

Eh, when I was reading the tutorial I noticed the game was running without me. Telling me if my enemy reached 1000 I'd lose. The game has no real focus or story to it. Just random stuff to gather and shoot little ships that take a billion shots to kill. The experience system seems ridiculous. Overall, the game is just way too busy right from the start. Not everyone is some sort of super geek that can manage keeping enemy levels down, while mining, while trading, while interfacing with the game all at once.
