Hey guys!

We are AbstrAKT Games (formerly known as AKTStudios) and this is our 48 hour version of Protein Pirates! We are currently developing a full featured version of this game with hopes to deploy on Steam! We are looking for a lot of feedback and tons of criticism.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Left click on red blood cells to capture cells.
Left click and hold on a captured cell to harvest protein. Once a cell's protein is depleted, you control it.
Right click to select controlled or main cells that you control.
These cells can harvest neighboring captured cells.
Left click on controlled cells to transfer protein towards your main cell.
Defend captured cells and your main cells from the antibodies!
Left on antibodies to destroy them.
As you progress these functions will become autonomous.

*note* To capture cells you must right click the cell closest to the one you want to capture. Pirates must be on a neighboring cell to capture it.

CONTROLS:
ESC / SPACE/ P - PAUSE
LEFT CLICK - CAPTURE / HARVEST
RIGHT CLICK - SELECT
(WHEN AVAILABLE)
UP ARROW / W - SCROLL UP
DOWN ARROW / S - SCROLL DOWN
MOVE MOUSE TO TOP OR BOTTOM TO SCROLL CAMERA

This game was developed in 48 hours for the 2012 IndieSpeedRun and it won the Grand Prize!

This game was written in C# with XNA and converted to HTML5 using the JSIL .NET to JavaScript compiler. Thanks Tom Fulp ;)
