nice tutorials but I am too lazy to read them lol. very useful in the real world, I just expected this to be a game but turns out its one of those life guides. also nice intro music, I jammed to that at 4 am and also nice song, aloud! (actually with two l's but it autocorrected to aloud)

This is my coursework for Unit 10 ICT. I wrote all of the information myself, sorry if there are mistakes in it.
This is aimed at 13-16 year olds to teach them the basics of self defence in an entertaining way. I hope you enjoy!
