Read Sixburb from the beginning here! You're not gonna get what's happening at all if you don't. http://mspfanventures.com/?s=1208

And even then, you're probably not going to understand that unless you've read or are reading Homestuck. It's a lose lose / win win situation.

I haven't jumped on the Homestuck bandwagon (and don't tell me I should. The fans shoving it in my face all the time are why I haven't bothered), so this looked like a regular music video to me and I'll review it as such.

First off, the designs are really nice, though I'm not sure I should credit the animator or the creator of Homestuck for that as like I said, I haven't read the series. Even with the shift in style you can still tell who's who.

The beginning kind of dragged a little, just a kid headbanging, kinda made me wonder if it was going to be a mere loop. The animation seems inconsistent - it goes from smooth to what looks like a 2-frame loop and it's pretty obvious. Between those two issues I'll have to knock one star off.

The ending is a nice cliffhanger, it'd probably make more sense if I had read Homestuck, but even without having done so I can tel some baddie's snuck up on our main character and it does kind of make me wonder what's going to happen next.

Overall, pretty good video. I'd hit replay even if it wasn't for the purpose of reviewing.

Pretty cool & amazing!
