I've been wanting to do one of these for a long time.
I know this is basic, but I wanted to get SOMETHING uploaded! The full version will have more than just mouth movement, I promise. :3

I used Paint Tool SAI for the frames and animated it in Sony Vegas Pro 11.

Oh yeah, definitely. xD The whole project is about a minute and a half long. This was just my favorite part. ;3
