Is that an 8 bit version of William Tell's overture? For what it was it was pretty good collect maybe 6 of this little snippet ideas and you will have yourself a cartoon.

what is the purpose of the hashtag? Needs to be longer, add dialogue perhaps, and this needs substance, so it can be more appealing to a viewer.
