There is a lot of pointless flash cartoons on here, and if this was really a test which i dought.
so the point im trying to make is whats the point. in other words try making a bit of a background story then plan it out otherwise people wont enjoy your content, you should try writing, storyboarding character profiling and get some voices and Practise Before You Post!
but for an early cartoon good job on the actual animation its self
If this is a test animation, it doesn't belong on the portal, it belongs on another part of NG for tests animations.
