I've made this game to learn ActionScript and Flixel. It's my Hello World for ActionScript and Newgrounds.API.
Hope you'll love my creation.

Arrows - work too.

Notbad

As a platformer this game is actually notbad, I like the playthrough its fun, seems more on the simple side and could be longer with more stuff to do and see and even more medals but overall this was a nice game, But anyways keep making fun games like this one here

FREEDOM

Medals:

Monika - Jump, and I mean JUMP, off the starting area (small box with wasd showing with a pit to the right) while holding shift. When at the top, swing to the right and go right.

Dave - At the broken bridge, jump across while holding shift, then keep going left.

Freedom - Beat the game

For a "Hello World" game, this is really nice. The music is absolutely beautiful, the graphics are interesting and pique my interest, and the "Freedom..." ending is very bittersweet (thanks to the music and fade-out), which is great. As most other people have said, more achievements or secrets would be great, if you ever come back to this game and refine it.

The controls can be a little stiff, though, and the magnets can be tedious to work with sometimes, but those aren't big complains, although it would be nice if they were touched up and polished. Very nice work, and A+ for the Yume Nikki reference.

A rather short, simplistic game with no definite point. Not to say that is bad under the right circumstances, but (As you've described in your comments) this clearly represented the fact that it was just some sort of personal test. The movement seemed a little awkward in terms of the generally slow movement and "moon jumping", but the gravity mechanic made things a little interesting.

I can't say I feel it was the best way to spend my time, but it seems like it might be good if it was expanded into some sort of adventure-platformer sort of thing. I don't know what it would be referred to. It would all depend on what you decided to make it.
