This is my first cartoon in about 5 or 6 years. I did this using the trial version of Toon Boom Animate 2, which is wonderful software that I was learning along the way. I can't afford to cough up the $700 for it so that's why there's a watermark.

Taking the subway in NYC is often frustrating. I used to imagine the train's dispatcher was some evil man behind a desk that commands trains to halt for his entertainment. The idea of making people late for stuff is what gets him up in the morning. I then realized that the train's dispatcher is actually a purple monster that hugs trains. It makes travelling within the city much less aggravating.

Go to ebay and look for it there. Or look for an older version. Or better yet, look for an older version of Flash. Avoid the Academic/Student/Education versions, as you need a student code to activate them. They're cheaper for a reason, so don't get burned. :\

Look for Adobe Flash CS4, CS3, CS2, Macromedia Flash MX 2004, and/or Flash MX, which is what I got. I've got tips and tutorial links in my most recent news post in my profile. That'll get that watermark off your work, and watermarks kill your scores.

Flash is not very expensive and I have a copy. Toon Boom Animate 2, which is very nifty, is $700. The main feature that I really enjoy that is not built into flash is camera and depth control. In Animate, you can control the camera, zoom it, shake it, and add depth to the layers so they move with the camera.
