I was given a copy of toon boom many years ago, and I started to get my head around "cutout" animation and its "puppeteering" tools.
Eventually I recorded some vocals and had a go at putting it all together.
This was the first thing I ever made using that software.
Not terrible. I see a lot of potential. I like your voicing and the sense of humor. As a first flash, this is pretty decent. For a movie that's less than 2 minutes, 26.6mb is rather large - try compressing it a bit, eh? Anyway, keep it up and you might produce some really good stuff.
Thankyou Kelp. I exported this into .mov format originally. I will definitely look at the best format to keep the quality good but size reasonable.
Surprizingly entertaining!
Not sure about how well the lips are animated, really, anything that would normally be an annoyance in an animation, was stylistic in this and was lampshaded in a comic fashion.
That said, it would normally fall into the "Nothing too new or interesting category"
However you pulled it off so I'll round up my score for the integer based rating.

Thanks RIIR. I was surprised the lips seem weird on this upload. They are not ideal on the original but seem better on the original. Looking back I animated this at 12 fps, and I wonder if that caused a problem. Looking forward to getting better.
