controls are too slow. by the time you make your character turn to shoot in the right direction you need to move so you do not die. Also what is the point in having blocks if you can warp to the other side of the screen. having a story would also be nice. other than this things th game isn't bad just needs some work. artwork & over all concept is good.

Collect gems and avoid evil gnomes. Press (or hold) the spacebar to shoot (only when you stop moving). Use the arrow keys to move.
