Here's Chapter 3 of my little love letter to noir and weird. Like pretty much everything I do, it wouldn't be possible without the genius and generosity of Hania. I apologize for the delay with this one.

This was much quicker than the other installments, if I recall correctly, and of a much lower difficulty level (to the point where the solution occurred to me in less than two seconds for each puzzle)...but this allowed for a more fluid progression through the game, you could say, and I think you still managed to preserve the atmosphere of the story quite appreciably, and it left me interested in what the next might entail. So still, well done.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm definitely tweaking the difficulty and the engine is streamlined. I automated some of the stuff in between puzzles. It definitely isn't perfect, but I like to test things out and this series lets me do that pretty well. It's hard for me to find the right balance with the puzzles. I'm toying with the idea of puzzles that adjust to the user's skill (for a future game, not this series). Ideally I'd like to make a game that throws harder puzzles at the player if they solve the previous ones quickly.
