I have to disagree that this movie is 'un-interesting'. Just because it does not have tacky colours and excessive violence does not mean it is boring.
Unfortunately it is a fact of life that many animators who are serious about working the industry will, at some point, need to move on from fantastical creations of their imaginations in order create work which is relevant to current affairs and relate-able to real life.
I understand the point of this movie and I think it does a good job of providing some comic relief from the serious issue at hand (which obviously caused a lot of distress and hard feelings to consumers).
You obviously had a limited time frame in which to create this and I think the quality of the drawing is very good. The expressions were plentiful and very funny.
I didn't have any issues with the voice acting. As per one of the previous comments, I believe the main character was intended to be somewhat of an imbecile so the 'idiotic voice acting' actually makes sense here.
